WHITE BUTTER ICING

3 c Powdered sugar

1/3 c Soft Crisco

4 Tbls Cream

1 1/2 teas Vanilla

Blend together

CUSTARD FROSTING

3/4 c sugar

3 Tbls flour

2 Eggs

3/4 c Milk

1/4 lb sweet butter

1/4 lb margarine

4 Tbls Powdered Sugar

1 teas Vanilla

Combine sugar, flour, eggs, and milk. Cook until thick and then remove from heat and cool. Cream the butter and margarine and add the powdered sugar and vanilla. Add cool custard mixture and beat until smooth.

FLUFFY FROSTING

1 1/2 Sugar

1/8 teas Cream of tarter

1 teas Vanilla

1/2 teas Salt

2 Egg Whites

In top of double boiler, combine sugar, cream of tarter, salt, 1/3 c water and the egg whites. Place over boiling water and beat about 7 minutes with electric mixter until frosting holds stiff peaks. Mix in vanilla.

CARMEL ICING

3 TBLS Brown Sugar

3 TBLS Soft Margarine

3 TBLS Milk

Boil 3 minutes, cool slightly. Add enough powdered sugar for a soft icing.

CHOCOLATE ICING

1 lb Powdered Sugar

1 Stick Margaine

4 teas Cocoa

6 teas milk

1 c chopped nuts

1 teas vanilla

Combine margarine, cocoa, and milk. Bring to boil. Add to powdered sugar. Stir in nuts and vanilla. Mix well.

SEVEN MINUTE ICING

1 1/2 c Sugar

1/2 teas Salt

1/4 teas Cream of Tarter

5 Tbls Water

2 Egg Whites

1 teas Vanilla

Place all ingredients except vanilla in top of double boiler. Beat over hot water with electric mixer until icing will hold in peaks. Stir in vanilla

CAKE DECORATING ICING

1 c Crisco

1 lb Powdered Sugar

1/3 c Water

1 teas White Vanilla

12/ teas Butter drops

1/4 teas Rum flavoring

Mix together thoroughly

MILKY WAY ICING

7 TBLS Cream

2 c Brown Sugar

2 TBLS Flour

some margarine

1 Milkyway Candy Bar

1 teas vanilla

Cook 1st 4 ingredients for 3 minutes. Cut up candy bar, add to mixture, add vanilla. Mix thoroughly.

RECEESE CUP ICING

1 stick Margarine

1/2 c Creamy Peanut Butter

1/4 c Cocoa

3 TBLS Milk

Powdered Sugar

Cream the 1st 4 ingredients together. Add enough powdered sugar to make creamy icing.

COVER UP ICING

1 pkg dream whip (dry)

1 pkg Instant pistachio pudding (dry)

1 c milk

Mix and beat until thick. Spread on cooled cake.

7UP ICING

1 1/2 c Sugar

1 stick Margarine

1 TBLS Self-Rising Flour

2 Eggs

1 cup crushed Pineapple

1 c Shredded Coconut

Cool all ingredients until thick except coconut. When thick add coconut and pour over cake while hot.
